Oral

* The presentations material (transparencies, slides, etc.) must be in English.
* Presentation duration is 15 min including discussion.
* Data show system, slide projector, and overhead projector will be available.
* The presenters could bring their material in the for of CD, Memory Bar (USB), or 1.44" floppies, as well as transparencies 
or slides.
* Oral presenters should send very brief CV's (5-6 sentences) which will be given to the chair persons of the sessions.

Poster Presentation

* Poster area is 120 cm (height) x 70 cm (width), and it should be readable from a distance of 1 m.
* Posters should be mounted daily at the poster area, and presented at poster sessions.
