Dear Colleagues,
The 16th International Biomedical Science & Technology Symposium (BIOMED 2010) will be held on September 29-October 2, 2010
at Istanbul University, Beyazıt Campus and Marmara University, Sultanahmet Campus, in İstanbul, Turkey. As the Program Committee,
we are willing to bring together scientists and experts from all related areas both from academia and industry at one of the most
beautiful corners in Turkey with a unique atmosphere-resulted of cultures mixed during the human lives passed through this bridging
landscape from one continent to the other where controversially historical and modern İstanbul sits today. Among many important
reasons for organizing the BIOMED Symposium in İstanbul, the leading one is that İstanbul will be the “European Capital of Culture” in
the year of 2010. It would be a great pleasure for us to have you at both scientific and social events in this very special year.
The following topics will be included in the special sessions during this four days-meeting:
Array Technologies |
Artificial Organs |

These sessions will include keynote lectures on thematically-related research and development addressing significant problems, current
developments, planned research directions and challenges in biomedical science and technology which will be presented by leading
researchers in this multidisciplinary field. Each 90-minute session will include a 30-minute keynote slot and up to 4 additional 15 minute
