Exhibition
Companies will have opportunity to exhibit their products during the symposium as posters (with the related printed documents 
but no product samples) or by projection (with Power Point presentation only). Please fill in the following form and submit 
through the website.
Exhibition fees can be paid only by bank transfer* (before the Symposium) or cash (at the registration desk during the Symposium). 
Please kindly send copies of the documents indicating the bank transfer of your exhibition fee.

* Posters will be mounted on the boards (about 1x 1.5 m2) during the Symposium in the poster area.
** Exhibition in the symposium on the Web-site will start from June 15, 2010 and will be opened to visits till the end of the Symposium.
*** Presentation by projection will be performed in special rooms during the symposium at lunch breaks.
**** The minimum exhibition area is 4 m2. There will be areas of 4, 6, 8, ...m2 available. * This will also be free registration for two exhibitors from each company.  Please note that the companies have to pay the full registration fees for the extra participants (company representatives) if they have more than two exhibitors

Cancellation of Registration
Exhibition fees will be refunded (50 Euros less for handling charge) if written notice of cancellation is received before 
September 10, 2010.
